1. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Times

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Once shipped, most orders reach our customers within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

  • Other Regions: 4–7 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors like weather or transit delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rates may apply based on your cart value.

  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional fee of ₹50 may apply to all COD orders to cover extra handling costs.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking link to your registered email and mobile number.

  • You can use this link to track your package in real-time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at bachatbazarhelp@gmail.com.

  • In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to resolve it and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
